Order processing

Orders placed will be processed by Carparty from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders received after 11.00 and on holidays will be processed on the following working day.

As regards orders placed by bank transfer, they will be processed only after the payment has been transferred to our bank.

The shipment of your parcel

Shipments are usually sent within 1 working day after receipt of payment and shipped via UPS, DHL, DPD or SDA/Poste Italiane with tracking and delivery with signature.

Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The available goods, if ordered before 10.30 AM, will be sent on the day of the order. It is our priority to send shipments in the shortest possible time. Any delays in deliveries by couriers, although rare, are unfortunately beyond our control.

The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.

Returns
